the staff were very friendly and helpful, even taking our cases up to our room. breakfast included a wide choice of food, all served at your table! the hotel offers easy free parking and wi-fi, very convenient.
the hotel bar sometimes closes earlier than expected, around 10pm. this can be inconvenient if you plan for a late drink.

the hotel provided easy access to the coastal path, allowing a fine walk along to the beaches. i found many local restaurants and pubs nearby for evening food. the location is quiet.

The staff took our cases to our room. I APPRECIATED that. The bar opens early and has games. Breakfast includes a wide food choice. It is served at the table. Easy free parking is available, and Wi-Fi worked great.

My room was spacious and well-furnished. I especially liked the large ensuite with a walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The rooms were spotlessly clean which makes the stay much more pleasant.

the location was perfect for my family holiday! the staff were great. our whole group had a wonderful week! the cooked breakfasts were a treat!
i think the manager there was always wearing a shirt. they wrote a note under our door. it said we needed to leave the room, as we were in the wrong room and to head to reception.

the breakfast buffet had lots of options with cooked choices too i liked the separate serving of my gluten free toast the hotel was very clean throughout it looked to have been recently refurbished
the room i stayed in felt a bit small also the bed seemed on the smaller side the main hotel areas have been recently updated however i think the bedrooms could use the same attention

the hotel is located conveniently near porth beach. the staff were helpful and ready to assist. breakfast included a cornish option and a range of other items. our upgraded room had a balcony with a sea view (room 12).
the room was a bit small.
